I am just looking at this picture thinking that I liked it: the atmosphere, the coloring, the pose, the reflection, the sword... THE SWORD?? Holy crap, is that texture and water beads on the blade?? (As my nose gets closer to the screen while my eyes strain to the check.) Color me impressed. Little details like that really make a picture.

Oh you are quite welcome. I keep going back to your gallery. So many of your pictures look so simple, but when looked at closer, so much unexpected detail pops out.

They are simple imho.
When I start I'm drawing a lot of details so it takes a lot of time. And in fact - I don't really finish them. After few hours, sometimes day or two I'm so bored that I finish picture as soon as it's possible. I think you can find this moment on every picture:D
